What a shame RoA will be closed and, I’m assuming, walled off before Starlight debuts. I mean it’s a shame in general what’s happening to RoA but that’s anther thread.
Do we think they are purposely closing RoA before Starlight debuts? That certainly won’t help crowd control

The floats that are currently complete are: blue fairy, Encanto, Moana and the finale.

Thanks for that! So will there be Walls on the ROA side of that Walkway? Or is the Water by that Walkway staying with no Walls needed?

They are rolling along and moving quick on them (now), surprisingly.

How many parades have you opened? We have no idea if this is "normal" or not.

Yeah hard to say normal but imo I think it's safe to assume this is late. And surely the plan was not to debut it just passed the halfway mark of the normally busy summer season.
In this world of vloggers and lifestylers, every passing day Epic is open and Starlight is not rolling down main Street USA is another day of Epic stream-rolling Disney in the worlds of social media.
Maybe, but EU is not helping closing at 9......
Nor by lacking a fireworks show...

Opening at 10 am isn’t impressing anyone, either.
I dont thank an entire theme park and a parade are very comparable items.
