Ok, I’ll give it a go! I’ll be on vacation and off the grid (deliberately) from July 8-15, so as long as that doesn’t throw a wrench in things, I’ll give this a try!
Hall of Presidents, it’s delightfully kitscheQuestion of the Day
With Memorial Day rolling around tomorrow, let’s think about some of the representations of the United States at the current parks. What is your favorite “American” thing at any theme park?
Maybe you’re an American Adventure at Epcot fan, maybe it’s the Grand Californian Hotel? Maybe Dollywood as a whole. Whatever it is, share it here with us!

Welcome to Visions Fantastic: An Imagineering Competition.
Beginning one month from today on June 25th, 2025 we will set off on an all new imagineering competition that seeks to reinvigorate our community while simultaneously bringing the style of games back to basics.
Visions Fantastic utilizes the name of the forum many of the members of our community started their armchair imagineering on, somewhere many hold fond attachments to with the beginning of classic competitions like So You Want to Be an Imagineer. This name embodies the goal of a more classic competition celebrating the simplicity and fun we’re going for.
The game will last about eight weeks and will be a combination of team and solo projects and will cover topics across Disney, Universal and beyond.
Signups begin today with the combination a month away leaving plenty of time for people to sign up as well as participate in the One Sentence Competition currently ongoing to test or hone your skills. This will be an elimination game but spots are fluid due to the (soon to be announced) elimination style.
We hope to see you all here. In an effort to build hype we will be introducing the Question of the Day throughout the month based around events, announcements, and scrapped challenge questions. So here’s today’s, feel free to answer as you sign up!

Can't beat the vibes of Main Street U.S.A. as far as I'm concerned, though Buena Vista Street and American Waterfront come super closeQuestion of the Day

I went to Dollywood when I was a kid, loved it, would totally recommend visiting the park.Dollywood. It’s my home park and it’s version of Americana is so nostalgic for me.
Also yeah sign me up.
Despite living here all my life, this is the first year I’ve been a gold pass holder. I’ve been about seven times this season so far.I went to Dollywood when I was a kid, loved it, would totally recommend visiting the park.

Prooooooooooobably the American Adventure. What is your favorite “American” thing at any theme park?
In a way it’s kind of the best representation of America right nowCan I pick the glorious, three-hour Salute to All Nations But Mostly America? Because it’s that. It unironically makes me feel patriotic.
As a non-American, the best thing is about exiting MCO and getting hit with the 300% humidity and not being readyQuestion of the Day

Either when I rode Mummy or Hagrids for the first time back in fall 2022. I did not spoil myself, so I was shocked by what happened on the ride (similarly I haven't seen any epic universe ride povs either as I will be going in the future)Happy Memorial Day to those who celebrate! While today is traditionally for remembering service members and whatnot, I think it’s the perfect day for this…
Question of the Day
What is your favorite memory you have from a theme park? Maybe a childhood memory or maybe a first time on an attraction?
For me, it’s got to be from my first time doing the Wild Africa Trek at Animal Kingdom. I had the amazing opportunity to do it entirely solo, just me and my dad and nobody else so we got to really experience a personalized tour of the savannah and I got some great one-on-one time with the guides to ask all my animal kingdom questions.
