I was hoping to play around with different dates and resort options online. I prefer seeing options instead of the CM telling me over the phone, if they makes any sense :)
Yup I definitely get that! I hate that I have to call for the bounceback 😂 Did you try opening a private browser? Sometimes when a website is being wonky, I can get it to work that way.

Are there limits to how many times or how far you can book a bounce back? I booked one last December for this coming December. We’re not able to go, but if I could move it to next summer that might work. But I’m also not seeing any rooms at any resort on any of the dates.

Yes you can move it, but same for me. I am not seeing any availability for dates in 2026 right now.

Aren't bouncebacks something you can only book while on property and you have to call? Or has that changed, too?
It has changed so you can book them online. You can book up to 7 days after your trip ended. I was just there earlier this month and the bounce back showed up in the same area as all the other offers, but had an expiration date to book for 7 days after it checkout date

You have 7 days from your check out day to book. If you are logged in, you can now book online. The bounceback will automatically show up in the offers section for you. However, travel agents still have to call to book them for clients.

Sounds like you've passed the expiration date, if you were there in early May.

Correct. A few days after I got home I booked a stay in later 2025 with the intention of moving it to 2026 when those dates opened :)
So smart of you to do that. That is my current situation as well. I have a client with 2 fake 2025 reservations planning to move them to 2026. The bounceback is consistently the best deal.

If that's the 2026 dates, it looks the same as the 2025 dates. Seems November and December are non BounceBack times. Kinda sucks when we go in December every year.
