For a technical rehearsal it featured a lot fewer issues than I anticipated. If this is the worst they’ve got to iron out they’ll be in good shape.

All the audio changes work very well imo

It's definitly budget related too, apart from the cuts in the princess unit, the first float dancers & characters were cut down to 4.

It’s unfortunate they didn’t just change the costumes with issues to something that would work. But like you said, cost.

Still in storage maybe until the next time it runs at DCA, they're too cheap to add it in & lenghten the parade.

They also replaced all the moving LED fixtures on the lightning mcqueen, mac & mickey float with newer more powerful ones that contain outer LED rings.

The cast preview is running right now and the first float has all 6 dancer + 2 fairies that were missing in the first performance.
