SPOILERS: Star Wars' ANDOR Seasons 1 & 2

Just like Reflections of Earth was the best ever Disney nighttime show — and is unlikely to be eclipsed, ever — Andor is the best Star Wars entertainment of the last what, 20+ years? It is also unlikely to be eclipsed. I just accept that and while I will look forward to new shows (both on D+ and in cinemas, and evening shows in the parks), there has to be a "peak" somewhere... and I think we have experienced them.

Too bad Andor was so uneven. We started with six really slow and boring episodes and then went into six amazing well written episodes.

I watched episode 10. Why would every stormtrooper leave there post guarding Luther because some transports blow up blocks away? Guarding those transports was not their assignment.

I couldn’t have said it better myself. While I am looking forward to The Mandalorian and Grogu and the other Star Wars projects coming in the next few years, Andor was something special. I wish we could have had more seasons, but Gilroy was able to do the series how he wanted to and I am happy with that.

But... but... I was told that Lucas Films under its current management doesn't know how to do Star Wars. ;)

Shhh… we are suppose to keep quiet on well received Disney product… is it too early to complain about the opening weekend for Fantastic Four
Because they made flaming crap…which was not the case here

You have to stop puffing up a company because you can’t keep yourself tucked in cozy in your bed if you are forced to admit they make mistakes.

There’s no points for loyalty.

All the bluster, the dodging, the strawmen and trying to change directions…I just told you what the problem with sicofans, employees, podders and self annointed stock wonks is. No objectivity that kills any credibility

The show had some of my favorite Star Wars in it. A comment I make about every project. Yes it excelled in many ways the franchise seldom has, but it also lacked in many as well which keeps this from being my "peak".

I'd love for some of this team to get another series. I'd honestly love a show that takes place immediately after "Return of the Jedi" and tracks the political/social aftermath. May be an even more challenging time for Mothma and I'd love to see the Empire side as well as the remnants cling to power where they can.

And yes, thanks KK!

Relax and breathe, you’re going to burst a blood vessel. It was a joke, come down off that soap box. Also after this rant you can never accuse anyone else of lecturing ever again.

Right…you can’t do anything (almost literally) without her
Give the lady her flowers, I know its hard to acknowledge it but she was the one who greenlit the show and appears kept it going even when Gilroy wanted to walk away. Obviously Gilroy and team deserve the most credit, but she has her fingerprints on it too.

So if you're going to credit her with the failures, then you also have to credit her when the successes happen too.
