I enjoyed Swan and Dolphin's Shula Steakhouse prior to the soon opening of Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina coming this summer. For an 8 ounce filet with no sides it will cost $78 with no sides. If you want to add the sauce trio it costs 12 dollars. To compare this with Outback, an 8 ounce filet is $32. If you want to add Truffle Mac and Cheese that will run you $21 in addition to your steak. Think I'll stick with Cape May at the Beach Club with a buffet instead!

You are comparing the Outback lol. Why not just pick Olive Garden while we are at it.
at Shula's a 16 ounce new york steak is $73, a 22 ounce cowboy ribeye is $76, a 24 ounce porterhouse is $71...,more than twice the meat for about the same price...

Is this a joke?

You're comparing different cuts of meat.

Filets in the area are in the $60 -$70 range.

New restaurant will probably appeal to convention attendees, maybe on an expense account.

Sounds like you're not going to be a customer.

I'm more likely to dine at the Outback then Bourbon Steak. Bourbon Steak is a little more expensive then other Steak houses in the area. Your comparisons aren't honest. It's not twice as expensive, apples to apples.

Bourbon Steak isn't for diners looking for value. Neither was Shulas.

I wonder if there is a market for an Outback or Texas Roadhouse? Maybe walking distance to the All.Stars? Disney has $$$ restaurants. POP and AoA have access to TS at CBR and Riviera via the Skyliner.
