Of course it is not. But that is not much different than the MK halo effect.
And as of now, still over a month from opening and nearly two months from now days are sold out for just day admission to EPIC.
There are certainly variables to acknowledge, but one would see that for when it is likely that someone taking just a day to EPIC and no other Universal park would be someone not an AP holder and was curious, and not going to the other parks anyway, and Uni still then got near 200 bucks a pop plus their parking(and maybe hotel)
Looks like the strategy largely worked for various market behavior graphics to me.
