Why would they reveal a poster thats likely going to be the offical parade poster if its missing main floats, my guess is the Mickey float is the only one remaining. The only other one missing from the poster is the encanto float but thats a smaller unit.
Should we not expect a Logo Float?

This is probably a silly question but I’m assuming this parade will not run on party nights? We are planning to be there November 16-23. Last year that week, there were parties on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. So safe to assume this parade will only happen on Monday, Wednesday & Saturday?
Yep!

Why would you expect the poster to show every single float in the parade?

I’ve never seen a poster, art work, or marketing photo of previous parades that showers every float in a single image.

The festival of fantasy one has all the units minus Merida just like this one except with Encanto. This isn't the same Disney that made Spectromagic where they couldnt fit all the floats onto a single poster.

Because you can only fit so much on a poster? I highly doubt the parade only has 8 floats.
PTN only has 8 floats(not counting those mini spinners) and so far based off the concept art most of the floats in this parade are Tokyo scale so I'd assume these floats already have a higher budget than the 8 created for PTN which also had most of the R&D paid for by HKDL when it was designed for them.

The blig post mentions more royalty to be announced. Could that be Mickey or could it be Evil Queen and Maleficent? Can't think of any other royal characters
Well, there are a whole bunch of Disney Princesses not yet mentioned.

Also, why would there be an Evil Queen or Maleficent float. Does any electric night parade in any park include a villain's float?

Anyhoo, I'm glad the floats we've seen have strong music/songs associated with the IP. It gives me hope the music won't be on an eight bar loop.

Not sure if any of the electric night parades currently have a villian's float, but SpectroMagic had a Chernabog float for the Fantasia section and Ursula for the Little Mermaid one.

We've had Moana, Frozen, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty and Princess & the Frog already (I thought there were more on there). The only ones left that I can think fit could be Tangled with Rapunzel's glowing hair or Snow White to fit with the live action

Yeah, that would be ideal, I meant they'd include Snow White for "synergy" with the live action. I don't want the "live action" dwarfs in this parade
They almost never represent classic characters in the parks with their live action version. There’s the Ariel M&G at DHS. Can’t think of much else. The live action versions are not meant to usurp the originals. They are meant to shore up interest in a classic franchise.
