Seriously though, Megan and Daniel (oldest DD and SonIL) had a Kia Soul before they started to have kiddos, and loved itā¦even Carolyn and I thought it was cool, especially with that interior lighting funā¦!!!
Daniel now drives a Kia EV6 (or, as this olā man calls it āThe Spaceshipā
), and they recently traded in their Volkswagen Atlas for a Subaru Ascent, for Meganā¦!!!

Funny thing is, I saw that movie when it hit cable, back in the day, before I ever even knew her. I liked the time travel premise.
Another time travel movie that came out in 1980, that I saw in the theater, was āThe Final Countdownā. It was about a modern aircraft carrier that is transported back to December 6th, 1941, off the coast of Hawaiiā¦I think you get the idea.
Nothing romantic about that flick, at all, but it was really coolā¦!!! Another movie she really likes is āThe Lake Houseā from 2006, starring Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves.
She just loves those types of movies, and watches the Hallmark Channel all year long. Yes, I tease her sometimes, and she knows the formula, but thereās something to be said for a happy ending every timeā¦!!!
Sappy is just one of the many reasons I love her so muchā¦!!!!!

I love this movie. We watch it every year. It's one of the few we all enjoy rewatching. A LOVES Snowcone and has a stuffed sheep named after him. Not that that says a lot....he has a LOT of stuffed sheep. But I think Snowcone is the main reason he loves this movie.
Obviously with the snowflake and dusting on the ground the poster knows just how much you love winter

I am so overwhelmed by life lately that I havenāt managed to send any cards.
Still havenāt finished decorating one tree, and we usually put up seven themed trees.
There is at least a wreath on every door, inside and out, and some lighted garland around the front entry.
