Disney Plus Now Embedded Into Resort TV’s

This may be old news but I haven’t seen it anywhere else. It appears that Disney Plus is now available to arena directly on TV’s at the resorts. When we stayed at AKL in September this was NOT an option but at check in today at WL when we got in the room it was available.

I know many folks have had questions about this so I thought I’d mention it.

You have to log in. I guess Disney can't afford to offer their own product for free.

I know I laughed but that’s poor. You’d think it would be an ideal opportunity to get new subscribers.

Man it must be so hard to delete the user and have someone make a new one.

As somebody who is kind of involved in streaming services and authentication, if it was not set up from the start to accommodate something like bulk "free" logins, it is not that easy to implement after the fact. I would have thought that D+ did think of this at the start, but maybe they did not.
