I totally get why it has the 3D, buuuuut it makes me and my family so sick. We rode it in Paris without and loved it! So it’s just my selfish wish lol
I found a Reddit thread on this topic after replying to you and was surprised to learn how many people prefer the 2D version for exactly the same reason as you. While many rides make me sick, Remy isn’t one of them, which is why I (selfishly) prefer the more immersive 3D version.

Your emoji makes me think (hope?) you’re being sarcastic. I can’t for the life of me understand why they got rid of the 3D in Paris.

They got rid of 3D in Kong at Universal because the park was too heavy on 3D movie attractions. It didn't diminish the ride.

3D has been done a lot and having done both versions of that ride in particular, I will say removing 3D is fine.

For me, the experience was significantly diminished without 3D. But if most people feel otherwise, then I can understand why Disney got rid of it in Paris (though I still selfishly hope they don’t do so in Orlando).

I would happily keep 3D in remys in Orlando if they would just add some more rides to WS. Not everyone can do everything or likes everything and that’s fine, it just sucks when there isn’t much to do 🥲

It was a cost cutting move, just like not going outside and only using one load station.
Yeah, the notion that they stopped doing it in 3D "because the park was too heavy on 3D movie attractions" is absurd.

First of all, it was only this and Spiderman at IOA and second of all, diminishing this one by just making it 2D doesn't fix or improve anything.

The issue with Universal between the two parks, isn't 3D, it's screens and it's the other park that has too many of those.

Yeah... I was gonna say like you..... Kong became way worse, in my opinion, without the 3D. It is so bad, especially in the tunnel room on Kong with no 3D. But to each their own, I suppose.
