Honestly, I think Disney views the Peoplemover as not worth the hassle. If I understand correctly, it would require a ton of changes to bring it up to safety code because it would be a new build. Unlike MK's which is grandfathered in.

Icon of the seas was 2 billion as the largest cruise ship ever. With some inflation and Disney premium pricing I would bet these won't cost more than 10 billion total.

Icon of the seas can literally digest any of the Disney ship and leave them in their propeller wake

At the VERY least, at least it’s not a new land, it’s still Frontierland, so MK still has only themed lands and no IP lands. But given Cars is likely filling in the RoA/TSI….
