New 'Disney Thrills Ticket' offers low price for 2 or 3 day Walt Disney World theme park admission

The current FL Resident ticket ain't cheap. I have friends who would make use of this or the Summer Magic ticket if offered again in 2024. The regular price is just too expensive for them. Before tax, a regular ticket is about $105/day. Three days for two adults and one child is approx $1,000, give or take $50, depending on day. This new offer for the three of them comes to $657, an approx $300 savings.…more unprecedented demand

He’s gonna die at the Little Bighorn before he admits they have to reset and cater to passholdersLet’s make it as unpleasant as possible for local pass holders. But here is a “discounted” ticket you can buy instead…
I guess the brain trust at Disney hasn't figured it out yet that even Florida residents are finally on to them. He’s gonna die at the Little Bighorn before he admits they have to reset and cater to passholders
Should have done it a year ago when they knew they were hitting the wall.
But that’s what evil Michael would do…and we can’t admit that they’re worse off now than 20 years ago, CAN WE?
That’s management malfeasance.

I can tell you my FL Resident friends think the regular price FR tickets are too expensive. They would only go with deals like this, if they can work it into their schedule.I guess the brain trust at Disney hasn't figured it out yet that even Florida residents are finally on to them.

Well they basically tripled the prices on their core audience in a matter of 5 yearsI guess the brain trust at Disney hasn't figured it out yet that even Florida residents are finally on to them.
I get it. LOL. But seriously, they would come to WDW but for too expensive regular price tickets. This gives them an option.Exclusive Insider Recording from the last TDO Strategic Planning meeting.

Don't forget the amount of added value they've added for guests...Well they basically tripled the prices on their core audience in a matter of 5 years
And now they can’t get enough people to bite and show up…wonder why
Might it be because they tripled the price on their core audience in about 5 years??
Genius stuff here…
Every Q when they outprice themselves and then defenders come on here and say “revenue is up…”
They’re missing that they’re losing the high profit revenue that comes from people in the park.
More money…less profits.
That is exactly why you don’t make the ticket prices such a barrier for entry. The profits are inside the gate…not at the spinning thingI get it. LOL. But seriously, they would come to WDW but for too expensive regular price tickets. This gives them an option.
Agree. Plenty of profits to be had inside. Maybe, just maybe, lower ticket prices yield higher revenue. That is exactly why you don’t make the ticket prices such a barrier for entry. The profits are inside the gate…not at the spinning thing
