When do the lights on Main Street turn on at night?

Hi All! When do the lights on Main Street turn on at night? I know the lights turn on before sunset, but how much before sunset? Thanks!

I don't know about Main Street, but I asked a couple of CMs when the big neon lighting was at Radiator Springs and nobody had an answer. I called the Coast Guard recorded weather report at Newport Beach. They gave me the time for local sunset. The lights started coming on at exactly that time. Perhaps Main Street is the same?
