Doesn't sound quite right. Wouldn't they normally have to submit permits for Candlelight and NYE setups? Haven't we seen temporary permits for stages and even the festival food booths before?

Maybe Disneyland Forward came early this year.

You're right... but going back a few pages in this thread we can see in years prior, the first week of December was usually around the time they filed permits for the NYE Stage construction and even Lunar New Year setup:

I noticed that to but when I looked on the website for the city it doesnt show any permits not just Disney related after the 14th of October. Or do you have a different point of access.

I go through the City webpage also. There are a couple of different ways to do the search but all of them get to the same result. It's very odd.
