Disney resort rooms generally get a soft goods refurb every 3-4 years with a hard goods refurb every 7. This is right on schedule.

There was a permit filed today for Area Improvements for the Germany Pavillion at Epcot. The work area is as shown here. I can't recal what that area currently is used for.

It's a popular spot during F&W for just hanging out with some beers because of the kiosks located there...maybe an increased seating area?

They're obviously finally building the Rhine River Cruise. During the International Food & Wine Festival it will get a seasonal overlay and be called the Wine River Cruise.

It's probably getting ready for flower and garden. I believe last year this area was used for the Florida Freah area and it had a kiosk and seating.

I used to have a long list but they have addressed my concerns quite well. I was joking about MP but it would be a nice add.

I saw a blog post over at easy wdw that showed that specific space, in Germany. There were walls up in the area. He surmised that it was flower and garden prep.

Not for DVC Resorts. Hard goods was every 24 years, DVC has just changed that to every 14 years. Soft goods is every 7 years.
