You can probably add Jurasic Park River Adventure to your list of rides kids can handle. It is pretty much a cross between a log ride and the jungle cruise... Has one large drop at the very end that can get some people wet but not all... but is otherwise pretty tame.
Also Pteranodon Flyers as long as they don't mind being up in the air, it is very mild but if kids don't like to be above the ground it wouldn't be a good idea.
Also Dudley Do Right's Ripsaw Falls is a log ride, more intense than Splash Mountain.
A word of warning on the Bilge Rat Barges, this ride is way beyond Kali in terms of how wet you will get. We road it and every single person on are raft was completely drenched in water to the point that everything made of paper in my wallet was destroyed... If you ride it make sure anything you have of value that isn't water proof is stored in a locker or you have it in a plastic bag... I've never been that worried with things on Kali and assumed it would be the same it isn't.
One other thing to remember... Universal is pretty hardcore on you not taking things on certain rides, their solution is to have lockers available for those rides but the locker size is limited so don't go to Universal with lots of stuff because you will have difficulties storing it for each ride.... Other thing to consider is that your kids will likely want a wand from Harry Potters, if you get one they are a pain in the backside to get into some of the lockers so it is best if you can hold off on them until the end of the day, or at least until after you have ridden the rides that require you leave stuff in a locker.... The only ride that I see on the list that I am certain requires you to use a locker is the Men in Black... But if you ride the Jurasic Park River Adventure or Bluto Barges you will want to use one just to keep stuff dry.
