I think I would have gone more ornate - period ornate - something closer to the interior of Casey's Corner. More wood and more trim, better colors.

Honestly, I'm not a design person so I can't quantify what I'd do differently other than to say I know what I like when I see it. I don't hate this. But I don't like it, much less love it - and when they build or refurb something in WDW (especially on Main Street), I want them to make something I love.

But I get nothing from this - there is something very cold about it to me. Maybe the size of the space has something to do with it as well. I just don't think they really put their Imagineering to work in developing this space they way it could have been developed, visually.

Have fun. Will you be staying on after the training period, or will escape to a Starbucks elsewhere in the country where you don't have screaming fans examining every inch of the place for something that bothers them?

Sorry if all the complaining hurts your feelings; it's not directed at you. You've been wonderful telling us what's going on.

No one cares strongly about the other locations. It's just this Starbuck's is located on MSUSA and, as perhaps you've read from many of the posts, a lot have heart-felt traditions at the Main Street Bakery.

Those of us old enough to remember MSUSA from long ago just see this as one more location that looks nothing like the original. More and more, MSUSA looks like the Mall of America with some nice exterior facades.:(

This needs a fastpass. Waited over 10 minutes for my drink and received the wrong one. Drink ordered was correct on receipt. Expediter did not ask me what was wrong as I approached counter with receipt in hand. Managers behind counter did not ask either. I tried to get her attention and she was more concentrated on getting drinks out. Still waiting for my drink..

There was no line at 11am. I got my drink in 2 minutes.

Hmm.. Sorry to hear that :/ This person is called the 'Finish and Connect.' I was actually doing that until I left at 245pm (then I went home). When ever I had a guest receive the wrong drink today I would personally grab a new cup and put in the CM hands so it was made asap... Really, we are suppose to do that anyway. But I hate making guests wait, so I'm a bit pushy about it.

Yeah it wasn't all that busy expect for the morning and lunch rush. Just come in between and you have a small wait.
