The most current revision of NFPA 72 (fire alarm code) and basis for the fire alarm component of the building codes to which RCID is subject to does not allow for multiple individual systems within a common structure. You are also required to shutdown house audio to give priority to the fire alarm signals. TDO uses Siemens as the fire alarm vendor you can bet your rear end they have techs looking to resolve the problem asap. If I had to guess they are probably having an issue with one of the Vesda aspirating smoke detectors which can be sensitive.

And just remember The first of Walt Disney productions core show principles: Safety

I thought that one had been replaced by 'Increase Margin at all costs...'

Has the rain been that bad down in Orlando? We've had flood warnings up here in North Florida.

Any word if this evacuation was also due to fire alarms? Not uncommon for new buildings to have issues with fire alarms when occupancy starts.....
Yeah my town flooded

Both rides came back up sometime around 3. We had fast passes for FOP at 11:25. When it came online, we went directly there and waited about 35 minutes in the fast pass line. I believe they were only taking fast pass people at that time. The ride was amazing and I'm glad we didn't use the fast pass on something else when it was looking like they weren't going to be running all day.
