They were testing whether they fit and such back then or close to it. The cars have been on the tracks a long time.

What tower are you specifically talking about? Nothing really comes to mind that will be a sightline issue.

I know they’ve made cuts but from the multitude of characters in Toy Story could they not have atleast stretched to include a few more of them along the path? The entire second half is beyond pathetic from a theming point of view, and I’m generally in favour of this land and its purpose.

The theming isn't complete yet.

They have been adding trees and theming bit by bit for months now, and I would expect that to continue.

You are correct. Theming/landscaping hasn't been completed and there's quite a bit more to come. It's always nice to see the latest updates from the sky. Looking GOOD!
