Your trip opinion

[DisneyFan 2000]

I need opinions...

What would you say is better: 1) A trip to Disneyland paris soon (spring 2004) or: 2) A trip to the world at 2005?

And I don't want "do what u feel" answers!!! your opinion...

Always go to the world! We Americans dont need to help the French economy out,visit Epcot to see France or go to Universal there owned by the French ,since they where so helpful during the war:hammer:

all politics aside - if your intent is to go all disney definitely head to florida... on the other hand if disney is just a small part of your vacation head to europe (don't spend all your time in France though)

Disney is really what I want to see in France... I don't really like the french....

well, if you're focus is Disney I'd say head to Florida - if it were up to me every vacation I took would be to WDW!

If I had a chance to go ANYWHERE in Europe, I'd do it immediately! Those chances don't come along as often as a trip to Florida!

Plus - whatta BONUS!- you get Europe AND Disney!!!

If you haven't already, take a look at the section "Disneyland Paris" on the main forum page. You may even want to post this question there for feedback. This may help you on your decision.

One question you need to ask yourself is how good is your french? I know that some of the attractions have seats where you can wear an earphone to hear the english version of what's going on, but I've gotten the impression that these attractions are only the exception, not the rule.

I know Star Tours is in French but that doesn't really worry me. I live closer to europe so a trip to florida would be more expensive so I would have to wait until 2005.

Disney is not Disney outside of the US, no matter where it is.

Disney is meant to be in the US.

I have nothing against it in other countries but just think. The Mickey mouse you see there is a French kid that probably hates Americans.
