There are places in every park I enjoy just sitting down in and looking around .. like on Tom Sawyer Island at MK and the street leading down to TOT at the Studios in Epcot its gotta be France or Germany and in front of the Land at Future World ..so whats everyone else's favorite resting spot?

Hey tink!
Here's my list
Magic Kingdom - we like to rest in Fantasy land with our back to the leagues under the sea and watch all the young ones scurry around.
Epcot - Fountain view- amazing desserts and great coffee!
Studios - I'm a Star Wars nut, so I like to hang out near Star Tours, especially at night when the Ewoks are gabbering!!
AK, not sure yet, still looking for a good spot!

Now there's a place we haven't been in a while. We went this last trip to take my daughter to visit Mickey, but on the trips before that, we tended to stick to the more..... "grown up" things. But I have a feeling we'll be spending more time in Toon Town and a little less watching the Presidents:lol:

MK- I like sitting at a table on the deck outside in the back of Cosmic Ray's. It kind of still has the old-school tomorrowland feel.

Epcot - I like sitting around the Entrance Plaza.

MGM - Their's no particular spot in MGM, I like everything about the studios.

AK - I try to go in and get out as quick as I can, so I don't take any time to sit and enjoy the park. AK always seems to be crowded when I go, so I just do Dinosaur and leave.

Its going to take me a while to settle into Animal Kingdom too. There's just something about it that seems so.....different than the other parks. You know, it just has a strange feel.
I'm not one of those AK bashers, don't get me wrong. I just need to warm up to the place

AK is not my kind of park, when they get another attraction in there to cut down on the crowds I'll try and enjoy it.

Mine is on a bench, between future world and the world showcase, after reflections of earth has ended watching everyone making a mad rush to exit the park. My second, even though it is not in a park, is to sit on the boardwalk and just people watch.

isnt it nice to sit back and enjoy the park while everyone else is in a big hurry to leave .. we always take our time .. as long as we make the last bus to the resort :)

Our fav, well one of the many, was in Frontier Land on a bench across fron CBJ. The park was just closing, and my feet were hurting so bad, so we sat there for a spell. Ducks were all around us( I think cause the popcorn stand was closing) the sun was setting, and I was holding the hand of the man of my dreams! :)

We like to sit and play checkers on Main Street.
It's also nice to sit and watch people try to rush for the bus after Illuminations. We just smile, watch them and mosey on back to BWV.
DVC takes a great deal of the pressure off. We know we'll be back for years to come...

My favorite spot to just take time out, has to be on a bench near the "Partners" statue in MK. You look in one direction, Cinderella Castle, another Main Street USA, another Tomorrowland, another Adventureland and Liberty Square, all surrounded by beautiful landscaping. At night when everything is lit up (especially the castle) its even more amazing! mikeling@attbi.com

MK- I love to sit on Tom Sawyer Island in the cool part of the day. Also the little bench between Cosmic Ray's and the Castle (there is a little walkway there)

Epcot - Fountain is a good bet, especially at night! Also walking around the lagoon after Illuminations. It is so peacefull and the music is great!

MGM - Just about anywhere where the people are not around. Echo Lake area is good.

AK - The whole place has a very calming feel to it. But I like looking over the bridges at the water the most.

Favorite spot to relax

Without a doubt at the MK my favorite place is clost to the Crystal Palae infront of Casey's Corner under the white and red umbrellas. This is also a good spot to grab a quick hot dog and sit during the parades.

Heading for the great escape.
At Epcot I chill by hoovering the ale in Germany!!
At the AK i enjoy hanging in Harambi.
Studios Under the trees near backlot entrance opposite the Tool Time cart.
MK The photographic centre on Main St is always cool and fairly quiet. And theres the odd charecter making an appearance.

MK - Tomorrowland at night or by PoC in the daylight
MGM - Near the Muppets fountain
EPCOT - The American Pavillion(hey it's one of the few places you can feel At home! or in the Land. It's so relaxing with it's glass roof and gentle water sounds and good smells
