For this topic I don't just mean voices of animated characters.
I'm thinking of, in general, actors that have really distinctive voices/accents.

The one that made me think of this topic is Bill Nighy. Love the accent, and the emphasis he puts into certain words, especially in the more action oriented roles. Like Davy Jones, or Victor in the Underworld movies.

Another favorite of mine is Sam Elliot.

I'll go ahead and list two of the obvious and cliché voices: Morgan Freeman and James Earl Jones. They are distinctive and good though :)

But one of my favorite narrating voices is that of David Attenborough. A nature documentary just isn't right unless he is doing it.

James Earl Jones
Sam Elliot
Tommy Lee Jones

The guy who played Dr. Craig on St. Elsewhere

...and that old white guy who was in The Paper Case ("Mister Hart...") and did those commercials for Smith Barney, saying "They make money the old-fashioned way. They EARN it." I forget his name. He was extremely cool.

Susan Egan, James Woods, and Roger Bart were great in Hercules. I also really love Eartha Kitt and Tara Strong. Kristen Bell has a sultry voice too. Brenda Strong was great in Desperate Housewives.
