Before our first visit to WDW in 2004,I had this vision in my head of the 4 parks and what they would be like and that Epcot would be too educational for my then 6 year old DS. That year he loved MK but over the years has fallen for Epcot. So does the age of your children deem what is their favourite park. My DS,whom I asked last night,to put his parks in order of favouritism, are 1..Epcot..2..MK....3...HS....4....AK... Anyway, what are your thoughts on this subject..Does the age of your children decide what parks are their favourites.?;)

Hatter it's same with my son, his first visit he was 5 and loved the Magic Kingdom. Dumbo, the Indy Speedway and Buzz Lightyear his favorites. Now that he is a teen he prefers Epcot, with Mission Space, Test Track and Soarin and DHS with Rock n Roller Coaster, and Tower of Terror. Magic Kingdom and the three mountains come in third. However he still has to ride Haunted Mansion, Pirates, and IASW the first day of you vacation.

My kids now grown have loved Epcot from the days of riding in strollers til now. They loved all the hands on things there were to do in Innoventions. Checking out the population clock, all the latest video games and exploring the computers. Captain EO, World of Motion and Horizons and the orginal Imagination were great attractions then.

This summer we are staying at BLT with our DD, now 9. The reason we are doing a couple nights there - she has stated that she is growing up and expects this to be the last trip where MK is really her favorite. I think the tide actually turned a little while ago as she tends to get more excited about Epcot (because of the education side of things) and Studios (loves her the thrill rides). This is also her last trip wearing costumes...guess everyone has to grow up some time! :(

I think it sure can. My daughter loved the magic kingdom but then when she was older and discovered rock n roller coaster, tower of terror and add that with star tours and she loves the studios. Of course at 7, 8, 9, 10yrs old their opinion can change 100 times. "I love the magic kingdom! No, animal kingdom rocks! Wait, the studios is the best! Holy cow, Epcots amazing!" :D I feel like my kids have favorite rides/attractions more than a favorite park.

No kids of my own, but being a teen I like to consider myself as a kid :) That being said, MK is my favorite. I've fallen in love with it since Cinderella kissed me in Toontown and nothing beats getting soaked on Splash and drying off on Space. My family also LOVES Hollywood Studios. EPCOT and AK are kind of tied. :D

My DS8 would swap Epcot and DHS on your list. His first trip was during a SWW and he is hooked.

I have no children yet, but as a child I loved MK. Then Epcot, DHS and AK in that order. Through the years I've always still loved MK the most followed by Epcot. I'm torn on DHS and AK now. Just don't know which one to put first. I'd probably go with DHS because of ToT, RnR, TSM and ST.

When the boys were little it was Magic Kingdom, Magic Kingdom and Magic Kingdom. They're all grown now but I've called and surveyed them and the results are in.
Oldest: still Magic Kingdom (Space Mountain nut)
Middle: Hollywood Studios (Tower of Terror nut)
Youngest: Animal Kingdom (critter nut, like his old man)

The wife adds her's: EPCOT (shopping in World Showcase nut)

A Curly Whirly is a chocolate and toffe bar made by cadburys.
It is available in the shops in the English showcase in EPCOT

All the kids I've taken prefer Uni to Disney. Epcot is usually the favorite Disney park, followed by (God help me) DHS. My niece was the only one who liked MK best...but she's a little girl, so that makes sense. One nephew continues to list Gatorland as his favorite.

Sadly, no child loves Sea World best...but swimming with dolphins has won for single best experience.

I wish they all liked Gatorland best, lol. Save a lot of money that way!

My girls are 4 and 6...right now MK wins - no contest.

The girls are extremely short for their respective ages, so until they can ride everything (which will be a while if things don't change rapidly)- I think MK will stay the fave for some time. My older one is also kind of naive in a very sweet way...so it's all still very real to her. We've had to start having talks about how they do it all b/c she really thought HM was full of real ghosts (hence here extreme fear), the Tiki birds were real, those were actual cannons being fired in PotC, and so on.
