Donna Cecile Hilley, 43, faces 111 counts of forgery, theft by deception and theft by taking. Police believe she used money meant for paying indigent clients' utility bills to support a lifestyle that included large cash advances and a trip to Walt Disney World.
''It's quite eye-opening when you look at her credit card bills,'' said Athens-Clarke financial crimes Detective Beverly Russell. ''She was living large.''
