A lady bought a house on a golf course, now she's suing the company who runs the course because golf balls are flying into her yard.

its crazy isnt it
my firm recently had to defend a lady who was being sued following a road traffic accident
the person bringing the claim had been driving THE WRONG WAY down a dual carriageway, and our client had been unable to get out of the way in time!!
we succesfully defended the case, but the lawyers on the other side need SUCH a slap for bringing the action in the first place!!
