Yet another ADR question!

Hi

We are arriving in WDW on Dec 10th, so I can start making my ADRs tomorrow. I tried retrieving my reservation this morning, just to get used to the system, and when I put all my details in, I got this message back:

To make your reservation, please enter the requested information:

this was followed by a capital E and an 11 digit number.

I didn't get this message before today, just a message telling me that my reservation could not be retrieved.

Does anyone know what this number is? Or where I enter it? I don't think it is my reservation number as I already have that. I went through a dinner reservation to see if I could see where this number should go, but couldn't find anything.

Has anyone had this before?

I got the same error. Try entering your phone number. I had to call and get a number added to my reservation, but that still didn't work. I finally gave up and called in my ADRs.

I think my problem was going through a travel agent. I am booked under a group reservation.........I guess the agent buys up a bunch of rooms and then resells them. Disney says that shouldn't be a problem and they were able to retrieve my reservation over the phone right away.

Whatever the problem is, it's not worth the time to try and fix since no one seems to know what is wrong.
