Yellow pass?

Recently, I saw several people enter FP lines with some type of yellow pass. It looked like it was a carbonless form. Does anyone know what this was?
I was wondering if it was a No Strings Attached pass.

They are probly like the name saids. They can go to any ride that has FP and just go on the ride and then go to any ride after that.

What is a no strings attached pass?

Its for Guest Service Recovery. They are normally used when a guest has a bad experience (such as a ride breaking down), or something bad happens (such dropping there ice cream), a CM can give them a No Strings Attatched Certificate to help with the situation (a free fast pass, or a free ice cream, etc.)

One time use only.
Unless the CM is not paying attention, like one CM was not. He did not even look to see what the paper said. He just motioned them on after seeing the yellow color (and he was supposed to be the one collecting the FPs). Those guests lucked out then (since they still have the pass, they can use it a second time).

We got two of these last trip for free fastpass to attractions. They received them from us right before boarding, not at the entry to the line.

Your brother has trouble reading and you get a "handykapt goldern fastpass???"

I don't understand, and don't want to jump to conclusions. Can you explain?

We received those last year. We (8 in my party) were stuck in "Its a Small World" for 25 minutes....:brick:
It was the end of the day and we were on our way out after that. We gave our tickets to a nice UK family (6) who wanted to go on Space Mountain but the wait was over and hour. So after hearing this I gave the father of the group our tickets. He had no clue that they gave him permission to skip the main line. I thought the gent was going to hug me when he realized what they were. His wife thanked us over and over. I hope they had a great time.

I was with a friend who's AP had become demagnetized. After checking the appropriate ID, the CM let him through the gate.

A few of us were getting FPs at Soarin' and the friend with the demagnetized AP got a paper out of the Soarin' FP machine, that said, in so many words, that the computers show that he wasn't officially in the park! Pretty smart, these computers!

He went over to Guest Services and replaced the defective AP and the CM at GS gave him a one-time-use, yellow FP which was collected at the far end of the Soarin' queue. BTW, he has no trouble reading.;)

I'm still shaking my head over the "handykapt goldern fastpass".:brick:

When we were at Epcot in April I lost 5 fp's for soarin. I thought I lost them at SE but the CM said no one found them. He sent me to Guest Services and I explained what happened. They were very nice and wrote a new fp for us. They saved the day.
