Yak and yeti for dinner??

This is our favorite spot but seeing as how AK is closing at 5 currently (and as I'm planning our April/may trip I'm just assuming times will be the same and be happily surprised if they are extended) is there any dinner dining available? When I check in the app it's saying there is no dinner availability anywhere, not just AK so I assume my phone is acting up. I was able to see late lunch openings. We will gladly take what we can get but just wondering if dinner ADRs are just hard to get and I should plan on being up early when I can actually make our ADRs. When we were in MK in January there were multiple dinner ADRs at 530 for same day booking so I am thinking it's something on my end but nonetheless, I've not seen anything for yak and yeti after 345 but on their website it says they (the restaurant) are open until 745 (I could be off on that time but it is 7 something lol).

Are you using the app? From what I’ve read elsewhere, I believe this may be a change that’s been made, in that the app won’t return any times if you’re outside your ADR booking windows. Try the website and see if that shows times.

I was looking at the furthest date out that is bookable. I can't book with our resort for another 9 days but I was trying to get an idea of times. Is that possibly why? I can see other times and locations however and I'm an annual pass holder so I thought it was all pretty much open.

The latest time showing is 4:30pm; since AK is showing closing at 5pm that’s likely correct.

Maybe use that day to eat dinner somewhere like DS or one of the resorts since AK closes so early. Then you can use all the time at the park instead of pausing for dinner (and maybe just do a late snack for your kids)? I think that's the day we're eating lunch at Yak & Yeti and then doing a light dinner at Beaches & Cream.
