Second, Disney may have learn one or 2 things from the AOL / Time Warner merger by the time that Disney got ABC. But maybe it could happen, didn't CBS bought CNet?

The AOL/Time Warner debacle came about because it happened at the height of the dot com bubble, so no parallels really exist to this situation. The reason it went so wrong is because of the massive write downs needed when AOL's real price became apparent.

However, this article seems to just be a commentator suggesting what if - doesn't seem to have any basis in fact or even rumour.

I'd agree with NortyUK - anyone but MS! And I'll add to that and say anyone but News Corp too! I'd say Time Warner might be a stronger possibility.
