I've been to Yachtsman's Steakhouse and I loved it! I would love to go back there again, but DH is pushing for Shula's. Which do you guys like better?

It depends on why you are going. If you are going for ambiance, then Yachstman is nicer. If you are going for meat, then the steaks are far far superior at Shulas (as is the price, as in: much more expensive). Shulas, imho, has the best meat in Orlando. Again, it depends on why you are going. If you are a steak man like myself, there is absolutely nothing better than the steak at Shulas. Yachstman's pales in comparison.

Well, we finally decided on Yachtsman's. Partly, because we'll have a 2 yo, 5yo, and 16yo with us. Another reason is because there is a Shula's a couple hours from us we could go to if we wanted. I think what swayed us the most is, my brother in law reminded us, this weekend, that it's owned by the Alabama coaches father! Although, we've eaten at the one close to here before and it was very very good, they might try to slip some elephant meat in there and us Tigers only eat elephant in November. Hahahaha. Seriously though, I think Yachtsman would probably be better for us this trip with the kids.

Schula's in the Dolphin also doesn't have a children's menu which is probably a way of saying they prefer not to have them. I've only once seen a place that said right on their website "no infants or toddlers," but then again when you are paying $150 + for dinner (and this is without wine or drinks) I can see it. Yachtsman seems to have a nice kids menu and even has steak on it.
