Yacht and beach club

As the boardwalk is currently having renovation work done to it is the Yacht and Beach club likely to under go any renovation? If so when will it likely be and will it affect the pool?

From what I recall from a previous visit they had just recently refurbished the spa area of B&YC and the pool seemed good to go. So I wouldn't foresee there being any issues with the pool. Or so I hope!
