No, its not a good-bye update for me, well it is but it isnt.

Well I have to say. SPACE Race Online SUCKS!

heh, well, the version at ISTC anyways. You use a roller ball for the movement and its stuck on a damn grid. Not to mention, you have to precise and dead on the spot when you drop it if your in a hurry or for that matter at any time for the most part. Not to mention, for the ONLINE system, theres only four computers....

Not to metion you cant use a certain name (Like with me, I use my X2 name for the game). Oh well, least I hit number one on all time scores earlier today (I was at computer three)

I think Ill stick to playing this game at home.

Ill have pics up in a few of the stations at ISTC.

For you AP holders out there, the next pin will be for the Food and Wine Festival, featuring Mickey putting icing on a cake.

Alien Encounter is done for me. I said my good-byes and found some very intreging news....the restraints, are staying....meaning that the height requirement will still be 44 inches when the ride reopens with Stitch...I wonder what this means.

Afterwards I headed over to MGM for a bit.

I must say that the Haunted Mansion set was very cool.
Also, a new book has been released for the Haunted Mansion. It goes in-depth with never before talked about information regaurding numerous things like the making of the rides, a look at the back story of each ride (THE OFFICIAL BACKSTORIES!) as well as a look at the ride being made into the movie and a look at the movie itself. Very good book for only 20 bucks.

Animation Info:
The Mushu movie might not be true after all....A friend who works over there told me today that they're throwing around the idea of using one of the movies made here (Yeah, yeah I know Mulan was made here), and their characters, and they've been leaning towards Brother Bear to give it a bit of a push...

Also, the animation area from Disney Quest will be duplicated over to the tour. At least four artists from the Disney Team will be added to talk about how the movies are made.

Im not getting into this subject other than this but along with that info on the tour, I was also told that the Stunt Show is practically set in stone to stay put. Mainly because of, as Ive said, the plugging for the dvd set and new movie. Plus it still packs the house on every show. Not to mention, Im not to sure on this but my friend also said that another reason why the show isnt going anywhere is because it would cost way way too much to tear out the show as it was, let alone build the fabled ride from Caleefornia. (Youve got to realize, they'd have to tear out the sets, the staduim, all of the maintenence areas behind the stage, the stage itself, the gaslines and all the wiring underground. On top of that they'd need to take out part of either the Backlot express or the Prime Time Cafe....this is not my guess, all of that is what would really happen).

Well, thats it for today. Bon Voage

Well I was reading through that book and thinking about the tour of the set and I must say, the movie just got a lot more interesting.

Ill try not to give too much away but, we all know about that curse, that was placed upon the people who attended the party back in the late 1800s, in the movie that Jim (Murphy) and his family must break. But there is a certain someone that is a vital part of the curse and the 999 ghosts will do anything to keep her in the house to break that curse.

And that someone is near (yet far away) and dear to Jims heart.

I've taken the animation class at Disney Quest. It takes 30 minutes. How long is the new animation tour going to be if everyone is going to be drawing their own character?

Are they going to make it a two hour tour?

Thanks!!

God no.

Two hours? Never. Youve got to realize that the tours are continous, they'll stay that way, can you imagine how long the wait would be for the tour?

Attendance would drop because of it. Unless they turn it into a 6 or 8 tours a day thing, which is very, very very unlikely possibility

It'll prolly be like 10-15 mins max.

It may be packing the house at the moment, but when the new stunt show opens, and guests only have time in their day to fit in one of the stunt shows, I am pretty sure the majority will go for the new show.

In terms of ripping it out, although it does appear to have a few complication, Disney have a past record of going for it, regardless of how complex it maybe. Horizons has to be a goodmple of their willingness to remove things.

With a new movie coming out and the box set, not to mention Indy's incredible appeal, it'd be such an idiotic and suicidal move from Disney if they decided to scrap it I don't even wanna talk about it. ;)
