I think that's FJ and a bit of hogsmeade, it says project strongarm which i believe was the codename for FJ.

What your looking at is the drainage plan for the entire WWOHP. At the bottom left of the picture is the outline for the FJ Show building, on the upper left and barely visible is the castle queue for Dragon Challenge, and then if you follow the Y axis up you can make out the Owl Post outline. Cool stuff, looking forward to more!
