That one sounds great Grizz! Those are some great tracks! Maybe you could produce it, and make it a wdwmagic thing! Ok, so maybe I'm dreaming, but I would like to have a copy of it.

I have a lot of that music, actually...but most of the "new" tracks aren't even in existence yet...things like One Little Spark would have to be live...and most of the scores I listed would have to be taken from show soundtracks...therefore with dialog, etc.

I think our best bet is to wait and get some surprises from Randy Thornton...:) But as for something in the FTP...sounds interesting. I'll try to come up with something. :D

I would like to see a Christmas CD with music from the park attractions like the Country Bears and the Christmas Parade etc. Does anyone know if they ever made one?

What I would like to see are CDs of the various attraction BGM loops, perhaps sold at the various giftshops in the particular themed land. I mean, confess people, how many of you could have resisted buying a Wonders of Life, Tower of Terror Queue, or Tomorrowland CD?

Speaking of loops, does anyone have any info at all in the Walt Disney World version of Pirates of the Carriben queue, specifically the spanish guitar played around the chess-playing skeletons?

Here's my track wish list:

1-"All Aboard!" (Main Street Station)
2-"Summer Magic" (Main Street)
3-"Friend Like Me" (Tiki Room)
4-"A Whole New World" (Magic Carpets of Aladdin Area Music)
5-"Yo Ho, A Pirates Life for Me"
6-"West of the Wide Missouri" (Big Thunder Queue Music)
7-"Bear Band Serenade"
8-"Splash Mountain"
9-"Grim Grinning Ghosts"
10-"Heigh Ho" (Cinderella's Golden Carousel)
11-"It's a Small World"
12-"The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (ride-through mix)
13-"The Solo-Pilot Blues" (Mickey's Toontown Fair)
14-"Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin" (ride-through mix)
15-"There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow"
16-"Planetary Boogie" (Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe)
17-"Journey into Imagination with Figment" (ride-through mix)
18-"We Love Junk" (Food Rocks)
19-"El Rio Del Tiempo" (ride-through mix)
20-"Golden Dreams"
21-"Hooray for Hollywood" (Hollywood Boulevard)
22-"Star Tours"
23-"Muppet Show Theme" (Muppet-Vision 3D Lobby Background Music)
24-"Tower of Terror"
25-"Tree of Life Theme"
26-"It's Tough to Be a Bug"
27-"Give a Little Whistle" (Camp Minnie-Mickey Background Music)
28-"Fantasy in the Sky fireworks"

Well lemme, see... this is going to be a tracklist of things I own and like, not an attempt at an album that would appeal to everyone, but I'll make everything current and try not to be too biased for any certain land. This is about 70 minutes long.

1. Peter Pan's Flight Queue Music (You can fly)
2. Adventureland drum sequence
3. Heart, We Did All That We Could (From Country Bears)
4. Big Rock Candy Mountain (Guitar/Bajo/Fiddle version, Big Thunder queue)
5. How Do You Do? (Splash Mountain, the one track that WASN'T on the first CD)
6. Haunted Mansion Organ Medley (not a mix, but the composition)
7. Pirates Exit Music
8. Main Street medley of some sort
9. Annyong Buzz Lightyear queue music
10. Sea Space Tomorrowland BGM
11. Seizing the Future
12. We've come so far (Space Mountain theme)
13 Esquival - Music Makers (Space Mountain exit Music <thanks, Grizzly>
14. Animal kingdom - Pools
15. Animal kingdom - Summer
16. David Lanz - Behind the Waterfall (The Definitive EPCOT BGM)
17/18. Spaceship Earth loops: Rennaisance/New Era
19. Living Seas Main theme
20. El Rio Del Tiempo - Finale
21. Tower of Terror Queue - Wishing
22. Tower of Terror Queue - Remember
23. Aerosmith - Sweet Emotion (Rock and Rollercoaster)

Well, looking back that was embarassingly unbalanced, not to mention legally impossible to market. Thank goodness for burners, eh? Seriously, though. I think Pools, You Can Fly, Heart We Did All That We Could, and Behind the Waterfall belong on the next CD if only because they've been in constant use for the duration of their respected attractions.

I want to see them do something with WDW Live Entertainment performing attraction and area music. Off Kilter performing Grim Grinning Ghost, Dapper Dans performing Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Da, Four 4 A Doller performing Tiki Room or Sweet Emotion, Voices of Liberty performing something, along those lines. They can also throw in the Jammitors, American Vybe, the MGM streetmosphere characters, and Sonny Eclipse too just for fun. Along the lines of that new ablum with the pop stars performing Disney songs only more Disney-exclusive.

Just an idea.

I'm not sure about the names of the songs, but what about a cd set that includes music from old attractions. I'm sure they still have that lying around somewhere, like queue music from horizons, world of motion, mr toad, tomorrow's child, it's fun to be free, etc.

i'd also like a cd with just queue music. strictly instrumental, like spaceship earth, space mountain, tower of terror, splash mountain, pirates of the caribbean, several fantasyland medleys, mission space(whatever that will be), rock n roller coaster, thunder mountain, and put some monorail narrations on there too. those are just some suggestions. I know i'd buy both of those if they were offered.

Randy Thornton of WD Records has pushed for these kinds of tribute albums, but he hasn't been given permission. :( Luckily, we had WDWF...and the net. :D

What is WDWF?

My wish would be a CD of the music they play in the WL lobby. I have a list of the music from wdwig.com. But there is just no way i could compile all that.

I also wish i could find my Epcot soundrack from 1983. Up until a few years ago, I remember seeing it around the house and now I can't find it anywhere. Had a bunch of great songs that are now gone forever.

Hey Grizz, do you have a downloadable copy of "We've Come so Far"? I have never heard that before, and I have the piano music from it. Where exactly do you hear it? In the music book I have, it says its from Space Mountain...mabey from the queue?

Oh, and I would hope that some new music or at least new arrangements would come out of new attractions like Space and Philharmagic!

WDWF = Walt Disney World Forever. They were these kiosks where you could compile 10 songs from around WDW on a CD.

If you're on #disneycentral on mIRC, there is a medley of music they play at the Wilderness Lodge. It's about 45 minutes long. Most of the music, though, is from the Last of the Mohicans soundtrack.
