Would you rather go to Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios?

We go back and forth on that one, and honestly, I have no trouble skipping either park. We were in WDW for two weeks for our honeymoon, never once left the property, and never once set foot in Hollywood Studios. I think aside from the Jingle Jungle 5k, we only spent a few hours in Animal Kingdom. I voted for Animal Kingdom in your poll, just because I think it's slightly more interesting.

No contest, DAK in a landslide.

This is correct if it's a one day trip, and you will be spending the whole day in the park.

But, if it is part of a multi-day trip, and you are spending part of a day in one of these parks. It's gotta be DHS. If only because of ToT.

Don't enjoy Animal Kingdom at all. A must skip park for me and my fam.

It's not for the 'thrill rides' either that I prefer 'MGM'...I adore Muppets Vision 3D, and the Great Movie Ride, Voyage of the Little Mermaid, Fantasmic, and of course Toy Story Mania! DAK doesn't have any of those must do feel good, mushy rides or attractions.

I enjoy both parks and being AK closes early I say get a park hopper and do both for the day, but if I had to choose it would be AK. We like the shows with Finding Nemo, Festival of the Lion King and Flights of Wonder and a new show or something coming for the evening. A couple of rides with Expedition Everest, Dinosaur and Kilimanjaro Safari. Though there are a couple of good rides at Studios with a good night time show. It might come down to what rides might be closed for refurb at the time. Luckily you still have time to decide and the preference will be what you all are looking for. Good luck on the decision

If u like seeing a lot of shows, do DHS! If you like tropical locations and exploring the jungles and animals, go with AK...both have great offerings, it just depends on what you and your family are into?

For us, we always do both! AK is hard to do all day because there isn't much to do but the park is gorgeous! DHS can be a full day if you like to see the shows!

It really does all come down to personal preference. I love both parks for completely different reasons, so it would be very hard for me to choose. If you want to spend the entire day at a park, HS is open longer and has Fantasmic which is awesome.

I will say though, that if you're going during the summer, AK has a lot more shade and tends to feel cooler during the day.

It is hard to spend an entire day at AK, we recently did almost everything that could be done there except for the Dinoland games and we were only there from 10 til 3:30. HS can be a little longer day, especially if you partake in some of the street shows, but you can also do most everything there in about 6 hours, so it really depends on the pace that you want to go and if you want to see Fantasmic.

It's definitely a matter of personal preference.

DAK is a beautiful park. I think it is the most beautiful park on property and I love to soak in the atmosphere. But it is severely lacking in things to do. Especially if you have kids. Also, if you have a decent zoo nearby, well, it's basically 1/2 zoo. We skip DAK 2 out of 3 trips. It's something everyone should do once. But I'm perfectly content to wait until Avatar and the night time show open before revisiting that park. If you think you will go back in a few years, I would wait until they finish the additions before going.

DHS is a Disney's de facto thrill park with two of the biggest thrill rides on property. Having said that, it doesn't provide the same thrill level of your average coaster park. There's lots of shows which are fun once. Repeatability is very low. Like DAK, it's lacking in rides. But since it has been around longer, it has received a few more additions. It's easier to make a full day out of DHS. It's open longer and has a nighttime show.

For us, we go to DHS one day out of every trip and generally skip DAK. Both parks have their strengths and weaknesses. You should pick the one that suits your preferences. A first time visiter to either park will have a fun and full day. The half day park really only comes into play on repeat visits.

Hollywood Studios...100 times out of 100.

I have started to really love this park. Toy Story, Rock n Roller Coaster, Star Tours, Great Movie Ride, MuppetVision 3D, Voyage of Little Mermaid, FANTASMIC!

PLUS...Starring Rolls?

No contest at all!
