Would late October make a difference vs. early November?

I am planning our trip and can book tickets on SWA for $49 each way if I book October 21-28. Originally we had looked at going November 4-11. Would the 2 weeks difference make any real difference crowd-wise? Or in any way?

I guess I am specifically thinking of the NSSHP... Would we need to buy special tickets to MK, or would it be super crowded in the evenings there?

The closer to Halloween the busier MNSSHP is.
But the parks in general are probably less crowed than the November dates. The first week of November most NJ schools have off and many head to Disney. It has gotten so crowed during that first week of November that it is known as New Jersey week.

We went during "Jersey Week" in 2006, and it was not very fun...to say the least. We are spoiled though when it comes to crowds, we usually go in mid January. But in 2008 we left about the time you arrived in October and the crowds were not too bad at all. If you go on those dates in October you will miss the Columbus day crowds and leave before the Halloween crowds.

I usually make a late October trip, and the crowds aren't that bad. I can't speak about the early November crowds 'cause I haven't experienced that. The weather can run from sweater weather in morning/evening to shorts weather in the afternoons. I really enjoy going to the parks at this time of year.

As far as the MNSSHP, tickets and crowds - were you aware that this is a specially ticketed event, meaning that a regular park admission ticket doesn't get you entrance? Sorry if you know that, but I couldn't really tell from what you had typed.

During the 2nd week of november you'll see many x-mas decorations, but not all...we go every year that week and usually get to see alot of decor for xmas, and it is beautiful. I would choose Nov over Oct, less crowds and the weather is nicer eventhough its not a huge gap between the dates you are conflicting over. You will be there during JErsey Week...most schools in NJ have off for teachers conventions and families head down to WDW during the 1st week/weekend of november...its not majorly crowded at all but most people you will run into in the parks will be from NJ! We always go the week after NJ Week, and before Thanksgiving so we don't hit any crowds which is nice.
