Would I have to delete this account if I want to be a cast member?

I’ve been thinking about being a cast member for some time. Now, I love Disney, but it’s because of that love that I’ve criticized the company, a lot. And if you look at my profile, it’s not exactly a secret to what my idienty is. So question is, could my critiques of Disney possibly hurt my chances with a career at the company?
