I was tinking about Islands of Adventure recently when it hit me that Merlinwood and Harry Potter share a lot in common. They're both about male wizards who live in England. So I was wondering would Forbidden Journey and/or Fight of the Hippogriff aesthetically fit within Merlinwood? I know what some of tou ma be thinking, Merlinwood is medeival while HP is the present day, but Disney did that when they placed Snow White next to Mr. Toad in Fantasyland in 1971.

Agreed. I saw some of the concept art. I'm glad they went the route that they did. The end product was much more appealing. Even if it did come at the expense of one the coolest queues in the park (Dueling Dragons).

If Potter turned out like originally imagined then I'm afraid to say Universal as well as us the fans would be missing out on a lot more than just Hogsmeade.
