I don't have an annual pass, but I rang Disneyland Paris to ask if I could get a discount on a two/three day stay at any of the on-site hotels if I had an AP for WDW. After much holding on the line whilst they checked this out, I was told that each park has its own AP's. If I had an AP purchased for WDW and I could get discounts elsewhere, I'd be much more likely to take a trip to Paris, but I wouldn't buy one specifically for Paris.
Maybe this applies more to us Brits than anyone else, but would people living in California go to WDW more often if you could use your DL AP's in WDW? Or can you?
