Worldshowcase Help and Info

Hi guys!! I am a student in Ft. Myers Florida. I am doing a project on the worldshowcase at Epcot. I need as much info on the history of the shocase, how they hire the international students and if UCF is a party to the hiring process. I know that some of the students are international students at UCF and that Disney recruits from there. I also need other statiscial info on park visitors to epcot per day, and possibly the how much it cost to build the showcase. (ie... the elaborate chinese arches, and moroccan style mud buildings) I heard that disney spared no expense when putting it all together. If any of you have info specific to this topic, or know how I can be in touch with someone who does, pls let me know!! Thanks! KD

I don't know that you'll ever find any information on how much each object of each pavillion cost. Maybe for the entire pavillion.

UCF has nothing to do with hiring. International students that attend UCF may apply for the college program. The international program is for people that come from foreign countries for 1 year to work and nothing about school.

There is a book that came out some time ago all about how they built Epcot. It's called Walt Disney's Epcot Center by Abrams.

our very own maria worked in the Mexico pavilion in 2000, and wdwcastwannabe is currently working in the canada pavilion. I suggest you PM one of them
