World Showcase Players...cut down???

Italy pavilion welcomes the Ziti Sisters

On Oct. 3, the Ziti Sisters debuted at the Italy pavilion at Epcot. On a mission "to make life beautiful," the Ziti Sisters offer a comedic, interactive atmosphere performance ensemble that utilizes music and artistic behaviors to create a unique entertainment experience.
The Ziti Sisters replace the existing World Showcase Players at Italy. Their show can be seen daily at noon, 1, 3, 4 and 5 p.m. Performance times may vary weekly.

Ugh. That doesn't sound good. They are still performing the King Arthur and the Holy Grail show in the UK. The same people did both shows, so I'm thinking either it will affect the amount of days and hours they can work, or some of them will get let go. I'm thinking happy thoughts for my favorites... Phil, Karl, Chris, Art, and Bill... I love those guys.

I second this idea. If they had cut the World Showcase Players from Italy with no replacement, then I'd be angry. But I'm willing to give the Sisters a chance.

That is disappointing, but I am happy that they didn't get rid of the show in the UK. The UK version is much better than Romeo and Edna was...but I am not happy about seeing one of my favorite World Showcase acts replaced. I will give the new show a chance though, can't judge without trying.

I think I'll give them a chance! I just hope the World Showcase Players don't go the way of the Adventurers Club and disappear altogether. I want to see them before they get the boot.

Well, I for one am not judging or ridiculing anything I haven't seen. I'm merely upset because I happen to know a few of the WS players actors, and I don't want anything bad to happen to them.

No one had judged them before you posted this! I was asking if anyone had a video or knew anything about them. I want to see what they are, but I am sad that they did get rid of the WSP from all but one country now:-(
