I think World Showcase is great, but there are a few countries that could use improvements I think. If you could improve any of the countries, what would you do? I'd put attractions in the countries that don't really have attractions, for instance maybe a gondola-like ride in Italy.

World Showcase improvements

I would like the gondola like ride in italy like you suggested!!
I would also like :
The Norway boat ride expanded.. and also include a part where you fall backwards far down a ramp.
Canada should put a big white water rafting ride behind the pavillion to block the soar'n building. A nice canadian mountain where there are bears and other animatronics around.
In France.. they should rebuild the eiffel tower to much bigger sized structure that includes alot of pretty lights and also is a ride.. like a mini tower-of-terror where u go up and then fall down the tower
They should add a Russia pavilion with all sorts of ice and vodka bar etc.
The american pavilion should be updated to include an Elvis impersonator singing every hour or so just like the Englan pavilion has the Beatles.
Japan should build a Godzilla ride that uses the spiderman ride system from Universal.

You do have to remember, however, that any additions of countries or upgrades to countries are paid for by the host country, not Disney. Since everything is so "entrenched" already, it would be hard for Disney to turn around and say "ok, we're going to pay for everything now" since they would have to give equal treatment to each and every of the host countries.

I agree, but on another not I think Epcot is fine the way it is. Maybe in time I think they could add another country but it's still a wonderful park.
