Childhood memories are always more vivid. I can still picture the way things were as I compare them to today. WS having about one restaurant per pavillion, about one QS as well. And then all my many visits til today as things were added slowly over time. I have no gripes about the food enhancements made to WS over the years. It has been fun to see new beers and drinks added. New dishes and changes over time to both restaurants, QS, and the stands serving drinks and eats that have been added a plenty. Actually, I'm loving it and always get excited when I hear about or try something new. So we have seen Italy and Mexico add a second restaurant, and two little areas like La Cava and the new wine bar added. France, and now Morocco have made changes/additions.
What would you like to see next? I know on one of these threads I discussed my dream for a rustic bar/lounge er, annex to be added to Le Cellier, where the soup, sandwiches, and the return of the burger could be housed. For those that don't want a huge dinner but love their favorite LC apps, sandwiches, and soup. I have a few other things I would love to see too. How about a place in China that only served small plates? Just dozens of tiny dim sum dishes...I would prefer that to making one large entree decision in Nine Dragons. Would love to hear more ideas.
Also, I wonder too if we are more likely to see this new build up of dining experiences in WS as opposed to the addition of a new country. Seems like the focus. But I would need to hear the vets on this one. It probably has nothing to do with the reason WS still stands at 11.
