World of Color Mist Screen

Hey! I am very curious about the mist screen at World of Color. Anyone have any insight on how this is accomplished?

I know it's a bit late, but I'm Hydraulic Engineer. They shoot water which hits a metal semicircle. That breaks water flow and spread tiny particles, creating a thin layer of water in which water particles travel at the same velocity and in the same direction, so each ray of light coming from the projector reflects and refracts like the others.

I don't know if it's a good explanation, but I tried! Lol
