Working at Traditions

Hi. My daughter has worked at WDW for over 3 years. She wants to work for Traditions and is a great public speaker and instructor. She applied last month and hasn’t heard anything. She doesn’t know anyone who works there and she wants to talk to/meet someone there. Anyone know a CM in Traditions??

Almost certainly she hasn't worked there quite long enough - every facilitator I've met has had a very darn good resume with years of experience (haven't met one under 15 years yet)... Very, very, very competitive post.
