Working at the Reservations Center

Hello! First time poster here!

I have been hired as a Reservations Sales Agent at the Reservations Center. I'm supposed to start in two weeks.

Are any of you in this role currently, or know of anyone in this role? I would love to find out what the true potential income is of this job, and how hard it is to reach it. I have a strong call center/sales background that will help.
