When I get older, I want to become an employee at Disney World. But i'm afraid of what to expect. I've heard many times that Disney World is one of the hardest places to get a job. I've heard that you must go through intense training. I would understnad that, because you don't want any type of Carnies there (no offense). Anyways, I guess my question is. Is this true? and how much do they pay on average? I hope to work at Disney World at sometime in my life. Thanks!:sohappy:

I don't know how old you are now, but working at Disney World is not too hard to get into. Just be sure to call yourself a castmember not an employee :p

But if you are in college you should consider the walt Disney World College Program. I did it my freshman year and I loved it. Nothing like working in Fl. getting paid, and earning school credit for it. :D

check out the site for the program at www.wdwcollegeprogram.com

If you have the right personality you can get in with ease.
