Working At Disney..Old CP

OK so i have a couple of questions, I have done the college program back in 2007...moved back home and now have been working here since. I would now like to move back to Orlando and work at Disney world full time..any tips on how i would go about doing that..i would like something full time but not management, can i have a phone interview or do i need to be there in person for it..Please help any tips are much needed to start this process..i love it so much working there before when i was a CP and wanted to do it as my career. Thanks!

If there are any openings and you meet the qualifications, then you will most likely get either a phone interview or web based interview, then an interview at casting.

I am a former cp and I have an interview for a reg hourly position on the 16th of this month.

Thank you for the advise, please let me know how you're interview goes, i do not live in the Orlando area i live in South Carolina and i am wanting to more down there so i would love to know how to the interview process goes for you..Thanks!
