HOPEFULLY fix a lot of the "broken" toys as well as the usual rehab painting and such....

There was a rumor back that the rehab would be extensive...and have a Toy Story theme?? That's ridiculous....

I say, upgrade Cranium Command (just make a new and refreshed version of the show), make Body Wars more thrilling, with more special effects, and create a whole new "discover" center...also updating all of the cycles, etc.

The news i have so far is that it will be pretty minor - with Body Wars perhaps remaining open during the main pavilion rehab.

:)

Although I would like everything to stay how it is, there needs to be a lot changed...very 80's...but I hope they keep the old logo, etc. and get a nice sponsor

Yup...Body Wars used to be the Hot Spot of EPCOT...it's nothing really compared to Test Track (even though I like BW more)

Bodywars is one of my least favorite attractions...to me its very dated and even physically painfull to ride....I know a LOT of people who just totally walk by WOL because they think bodywars is all it has...

Ah..gotcha....

Ironically..i think Body wars should be Body tours and Star tours should be Star Wars.......and they both came out about the same time...hmmm

Yup.

Ya know, I was complaining about Test Track to the Disney company, and an executive sent me a Test Track jacket!

This was rare - it had 1997 on it (it didn't open in 97), so I it is worth a lot. Maybe in 20 years, I'll put it on EBAY...

You could get a lot of cash for it now I am sure..Disney collectors are all very obsessive...

Every time I go to Wonders of Life I spend less time in it. Maybe it's because I aged, but I notice everyone feels the same. Body Wars isn't thrilling anymore, I know the whole movie by heart and the movements of the simulator are quite unrealistic in these times running. Cranium Command is also based in a movie, I have a lot of fun, but the need of a newer film with maybe some famous actors or just a new millenium version of the attraction. The rest of the pavilion as the cycles or Anacomicals are good, they give a retro touch to the place, but many of the aren't working or are being used by hundreds of people at a time, which makes me spend more time in the ESPN shop that anything else.

WoL rehaul needs to happen. The video for Cranium Command is aged and almost looks yellowish. I agree both body wars and Cranium Command could use a boost and so can the paint. The colors kinda remind of me retro 70's :)

The Rehad WILL Happen

In the 2002 Birnbaum Walt Disney World Guide there is a note after WoL that it may be closed when you visit. This means that the people at Disney have told the authors to note that, which means the rehab will happen, just we don't know when or what they will do.

They have LOTS of potential...let's just see if they live up to it...:( I haven't seen an extra good attraction at EPCOT since WoL opened!

I...like Test Track...and Ellen's Energy Adventure (even though I'm not an Ellen fan, I think this is better than the original Universe of Energy, which could put me to sleep...)...and Honey, I Shrunk the Audience (better than Captain EO...hmmm...I liked Captain EO, too...). Only things I haven't liked were Journy Into Your Imagination and that cheap Millennium Village...glad that closed...I would also call Reflections of Earth and Tapestry of Dreams attractions, and most people at least enjoy the first...

Original Universe of Enery was brilliant, much better than the new one. I prefer the song Universe of Energy and Energy (You make the world go round) any day of the week, to Ellen and Bill Nye the science guy.
Captain EO was excellent, too. I don't like Michael Jackson, but the show was really a "thriller" and George Lucas was involved with it -and everything he touches turn to gold. However, it's ok, I also like HISTA, too.
I miss World of Motion... :(
